Shipping and Returns
All of our products are 100% guaranteed fresh. If you have received a shipment from us that was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of delivery) with a detailed explanation of the condition of the damaged item along with a photo. Since perishable items cannot be returned, we will evaluate the circumstances and if approved, we will issue a store credit or a replacement of the same item.
All of our items are shipped within 24 hours (one business day) via UPS and customers are provided with multiple options including Ground, 2-Day, and Next Day delivery. All orders received on a Friday will ship on Monday, which is the next business day. Shipping rates are calculated based on the UPS delivery option selected and distance from our store. This feature is provided during the checkout process.
