Return Policy:
You and those who receive your gifts must be delighted, or we'll make it right with an appropriate replacement. Please call us at 201-891-3711 if there are any problems with your order.

Order Cancellations - To cancel an order prior to shipping you must contact Chocolate Etc. by phone at 201-891-3711. Please contact us as soon as possible with a cancellation request as we make all reasonable efforts to ship as quickly as possible. Once an order ships it cannot be cancelled.

Address Corrections - Shipping Address corrections after the item has shipped will incur a $10 cost. You must contact Chocolate Etc. at 201-891-3711 with the correction request. Chocolate Etc. customer service will ask for credit card information to process the $10 address change charge. The $10 charge is a direct cost charged to us from the major shipping carriers for in transit address corrections. If the item has not shipped we are happy to make the correction at no cost.
